Limit Product/Service Catalogue

Strategically limiting the choice of products/services to only the most relevant can often be good for conversion rates. Whilst a sufficiently diverse range of products or services is necessary to capture different audiences and market segments, too much choice can create resistance to conversion, as the prospect has too many options to weigh up and consider, and may end up becoming frustrated or disinterested and leaving before purchase.
